Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 653 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §30-3-15 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and to amend and reenact §30-14-9a of said, all relating to medical corporations; updating terminology; providing that medical corporations may only practice medicine through certain licensees; permitting certain licensees to be employees of medical corporations; and providing that licensed hospitals do not need to obtain a certificate of authorization so long as the hospital does not exercise control of the independent medical judgment of a licensee.
